ACCOUNTABILITY
A Board of Advisors acts as an oversight committee for Vision Brookings. Members of this Board have made a personal or corporate financial commitment of at least $10,000 per year or $50,000 over the five-year life of the program. While administrative operations rest with the Management Committee, the Board of Advisors reviews and recommends budgets, adopts measurable objectives and determines guidelines and performance standards for providing incentives.
The Management Committee includes a representative from each of the founding organizations: Brookings Economic Development Corporation and Brookings Area Chamber of Commerce. In addition, the Board of Advisors appoints three investors from the Platinum/Gold levels and one investor each from the Silver, Bronze and Investor levels to serve on the management committee.
